We here at the 'fudge love us some good Connecticut wrestling. Between WrestleJam and CTWE there are some GREAT shows ahead. First and foremost, it's this Saturday nights Bricco-Mania! 9 amazing matches are set to tear the Bethany Town Hall from its very foundation! Connecticut Wrestling Entertainment is a young, fast growing promotion that has - bar none - THE very best production values and some of the VERY best action on the independent level.

Will Cena and myself are making the 3 hour plus drive east to enjoy, first hand, the CTWE experience and can't wait. Are you on the fence? This hype package might change that!

Again, few love supporting indie wrestling more than the 'fudge and we can't wait to scope these guys out and give them their due both here on this blog and on our BLOGCAST!

- how about "First Class" Vladimir Joseph! If you only follow NY indy's then chances are the name doesn't ring a bell, but in his home state of Connecticut, the man is a beast! He is currently slated to face former ECW World Champion, JUSTIN CREDIBLE, at CTWE's Bricco-Mania IV on April 28th in Bethany, CT... And we are going to be there to cover it! I'm looking forward to talking to this clearly media savvy up and comer!

- oh my. The Wrestlefudge BLOGCAST's first female guest is a doozy! None other than active Indy standout, Mercedes KV! Mercedes has a BIG match booked against Barbie at WrestleJam 8 on May 5th in Wallingford, CT that she'll be promoting and I'll be trying to keep Will Cena's double entendre's in line! Should be a fun interview with a lovely, talented lady!

- last but absolutely in no way least, it's the Mudd-man himself, Mr.Shakeweight and Mr.Excitement himself... Michael Anthony. My gut tells me this will be a can't miss interview! We will grill Mike on his recent IYFW alliance with Scott Scarsdale in "Blood Money", his propensity for juicing, and how he fell in love with possibly the greatest ring prop of all time.
